🌿 When is the next free regional delivery?

- September 23rd 2024 between Port-Daniel and Gaspé 

- September 24th 2024 between Port-Daniel and Nouvelle

For delivery outside of the scheduled dates, e.g. Mother's Day, birthday or funeral home/Church, contact us to make arrangements at 418-396-1336. Delivery charges apply.

IMPORTANT: It is your responsibility to ensure that you are present at the delivery address to receive your order. Otherwise, you must specify instructions in the box provided during checkout.

 

🌿 Do you offer postal or courier shipping service?

No, not at this time.

 

🌿 Can I place an order online for in-store pickup?

Yes. Simply select the "Pick-up" option during checkout. You will receive a notification when your order is ready. We ask you to make the pick-up within 7 days during store opening hours, from Wednesday to Saturday from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

 

🌿 Can I return or exchange a plant?

No. All plants are final sale due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not accept returns. However, if you have a problem with your order, please contact us within 24 hours of your purchase and we will do our best to find a solution.

🌿 Do you provide plant care tips?

Yes! We are here to help you take care of your plants. You can also consult the product sheet to find out more.

 

🌿 What payment methods are accepted?

We accept payments by credit/debit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) as well as payments via PayPal, applePay, Google Pay, Shop.
