⚠️ Plant Shipping – Winter

Plant shipping via Canada Post is suspended until spring due to cold temperatures. Shipping service is maintained for all other products. Online ordering with local delivery remains available.


When is the next FREE regional delivery?

- JANUARY 26 2026 - Between Port-Daniel and Nouvelle (Place your order before January 26th 9:00 AM)

- JANUARY 27 2026 - Between Port-Daniel and Gaspé (Place your order before January 26th 8:00 PM.)

*** Please note that we do not deliver beyond Pointe-Navarre. The delivery postal code must be within our delivery area. If you are outside the area, we invite you to use the shipping method available at your expense. ***

IMPORTANT  It is your responsibility to ensure that you are present at the delivery address to receive your order. Otherwise, you must specify instructions in the box provided for this purpose at checkout.

For deliveries outside the scheduled dates, e.g. Mother's Day, birthdays or funeral homes/churches, please contact us to make arrangements at (418) 396-1336. Delivery charges apply.


Do you offer shipping?

Yes! We now offer shipping Canada wide with Canada Post year round. Shipping rates apply.

Orders leave our boutique in Port-Daniel, Québec, on Mondays. 


Can I place an order online for in-store pickup?

Yes. Simply select the “Pickup in store” option during checkout. It's free! You'll receive notification when your order is ready. Please pick up within 7 days during store opening hours.


Can I return or exchange a plant?

No. All plants are final sale due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not accept returns. However, if you encounter a problem with your order, please contact us within 24 hours of your purchase and we will do our best to find a solution.


Do you provide plant care advice?

Yes, we're here to help you care for your plants. You can also consult the product sheet to find out more.


What payment methods do you accept?

We accept credit/debit card payments (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) as well as payments via PayPal, applePay, Google Pay, Shop.
