🌿 When is the next free regional delivery?

IMPORTANT  It is your responsibility to ensure that you are present at the delivery address to receive your order. Otherwise, you must specify instructions in the box provided for this purpose at checkout.

***  For deliveries outside the scheduled dates, e.g. Mother's Day, birthdays or funeral homes/churches, please contact us to make arrangements at (418) 396-1336. Delivery charges apply.


🌿 Do you offer postal or courier delivery?

No, we don't at the moment.


🌿 Can I place an order online for in-store pickup?

Yes. Simply select the “Pickup in store” option during checkout. You'll receive notification when your order is ready. Please pick up within 7 days during store opening hours, Wednesday to Saturday 9:00-17:00.

🌿 Can I return or exchange a plant?

No. All plants are final sale due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not accept returns. However, if you encounter a problem with your order, please contact us within 24 hours of your purchase and we will do our best to find a solution.

🌿 Do you provide plant care advice?

Yes, we're here to help you care for your plants. You can also consult the product sheet to find out more.


🌿 What payment methods do you accept?

We accept credit/debit card payments (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) as well as payments via PayPal, applePay, Google Pay, Shop.
