African Violet

The African Violet is a small flowering plant prized for its pretty purple, pink, or white flowers and soft-to-the-touch foliage. It blooms year-round with proper care, bringing a delicate touch of colour to your home.

Care :

• Light: Bright, indirect light; avoid direct sunlight, which burns the leaves.

• Watering: Keep the soil slightly moist, but not too much; water from below if possible.

• Humidity: Likes moderate humidity; avoid wetting leaves.

• Temperature: between 18 and 24°C; sensitive to cold.

• Substrate: light potting soil, specific for African violets or flowering plants.

• Fertilizer: Fertilize every 2 to 4 weeks with a flowering plant fertilizer.

• Pruning: Remove faded flowers to encourage flowering.

• Toxicity: Non-toxic to animals.
