Adenium obesum , also known as Desert Rose , is a succulent plant with a swollen trunk (caudex) and stunning trumpet-shaped flowers, usually pink, red, or white. Its sculptural appearance and abundant flowering make it a popular plant for indoor or greenhouse use.
