Chlorophytum 'Bonnie'

Chlorophytum 'Bonnie' is a more compact and elegantly curled version of the classic spider plant. Its long, cream-edged green leaves unfurl in dynamic spirals, forming a vibrant cloud of vegetation. Both graphic and easy to care for, it's perfect for a hanging basket or as a bright centerpiece.

Care

• Light :
  Bright to medium light. It tolerates partial shade, but its colors will be more vivid with good indirect light.

• Watering :
  Water when the soil surface is dry. Do not let it sit in water. It tolerates slight neglect of watering.

• Humidity :
  It likes moderate humidity but adapts well to drier environments. Occasional misting is welcome.

• Temperature :
  Between 18 and 26°C. Protect it from the cold (min. 10–12°C).

• Ground :
  Well-drained, all-purpose potting soil. A pot with good drainage is essential.

• Fertilization :
  Liquid fertilizer every month in spring and summer. Moderate in winter.

• General maintenance :
  Remove any dry or damaged leaves at the base. It produces small shoots (baby plants) at the end of the stem, which you can leave hanging or take cuttings from.
