Also known as the corn plant because of its large green leaves with a yellow stripe down the center, the Dracaena Massangeana is a sturdy and elegant houseplant. Mounted on a stem (cane), it adds a tropical, vertical touch to modern decors.

✨ Care

• Light : Prefers bright, indirect light, but also tolerates lower conditions. Avoid direct sunlight, which burns the leaves.

• Watering : Allow the top third of the potting soil to dry out between waterings. Too much water can cause root rot.

• Humidity : Enjoys medium to high humidity. Mist the leaves occasionally if the air is dry.

• Temperature : Ideal between 18 and 26°C. Avoid cold drafts.

• Fertilizer : Fertilize lightly in spring and summer, once a month, with a fertilizer for green plants.

• Pruning : Remove yellowed or dry leaves to stimulate growth. If it becomes too tall, the stem can be cut back: new shoots will appear below the cut.

• Toxicity : Caution, this plant is toxic to cats and dogs if ingested.
